Salesforce DevOps

What you will be doing:

• Be a part of our SalesMAN program and enable our Salesforce product teams
• Implement various development, testing, automation tools and IT infrastructure initiatives
• Define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
• Mentor and guide the team members
• Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline
• Have the technical expertise to review, verify, and validate the software code developed by the product teams
• Encourage and build automated processes wherever possible
• Work with Developers and Product Owners in the topics related with people, team, and processes

What you will bring:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, information systems, related knowledge area, or comparable job expertise minimum 3 years
• Experience in Salesforce platform management
• Good understanding of software development processes in general
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools
• Deep understand in Scrum methodology
• Strong communication skills
• Very good written and spoken English skills (both written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in Jira/Confluence/Collaboration tools
• Knowledge in Copado
• Salesforce Certifications
