We are thrilled to announce our Junior Program designed to give you the opportunity of kickstarting your career within the automotive technology field!
As part of our program, starting on the 11th of September, you will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to develop your skills and contribute to impactful products within VW Group.

What you will bring:
- Academic background or to conclude in 2023 (with a degree in computer science, technology, engineering or other related field);
- Maximum 6 months of professional experience in the field;
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken;
- Open-minded personality and willingness to change perspective and adapt to new environments;
- Demonstrate creativity, adaptability and intellectual curiosity, the ability to analyze problems and offer innovative solutions.
